Civil Procedure

The introduction of the Civil Procedure Rules under the Woolf Reforms has changed the way in which reports and advices are prepared. Litigation reports are prepared with the overriding duty to the court principally in mind. We can still prepare advisory reports which remain strictly private and confidential between the Engineer and the Client. Single joint experts are now frequently required by the court and all of our Engineers are experienced in preparing this form of report.
